MEETING – Tuesday, October 11, 2005

PRESENT – Stockbridge Board of Assessors – John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                            Cecilia K. Killfoile
                                                                            William D. Campbell
                    Principal Assessor                       - Michael T. Blay
                   Assessors’ Clerk                           - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board discussed the folliowing items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week’s Minutes – The Board reviewed last week’s minutes and had no questions.

Bills – There were no bills received for the week.

Payroll Vouchers – The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

RRC Visit – Brian Pelletier from RRC will be stopping by today to discuss our Personal
                    Property accounts with Michael.

Sales Analysis – There is programming problem, an oracle issue, with the sales analysis.
                           Liz from Vision will fix it.

ReCap/Interim Year Adjustment – Michael cannot work on the Interim Year adjustment
                                                       Until the sales analysis software is fixed.

ATB Case – Michael sent out a withdrawl form to Jane Huggins for the ATB.
