MEETING - Monday, November 13, 2006

PRESENT - Stockbridge Board of Assessors - John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                            Cecilia K. Killfoile
                                                                            William D. Campbell
                    Principal Assessor                       - Michael T. Blay
                   Assessors' Clerk                           - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week's Minutes - The Board reviewed last week's minutes and had no questions.

Bills - There were no bills received for the week.

Payroll Vouchers - The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

Notice for Classification Hearing - The notice for the classification hearing was in the Berkshire Eagle last week.

Tax Rate Work - Michael is done with everything he needs to do for the tax rate work. Elaine has to do the DE- Debt Exclusion form and the A-4 form.

Sumaria Meeting - Michael sat in on the meeting with Sumaria and he will do the conversion.

                    PRINCIPAL ASSESSOR    - Michael T. Blay
                    ASSESSORS" CLERK       - Denise A. Schneyer, Clerk

The Board reviewed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week's Minutes - The Board reviewed last week's minutes and had no questions.

Bills - There were no bills received for the week.

Payroll Vouchers - The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

Classification Hearing - Michael will attend the Selectmen's meeting to discuss the Classification hearing.  After some discussion, member Campbell made a motion to recommend a single-tax rate a note vote on Residential Exemption, Open Space and Small Commercial Exemption.  Member Killfoile seconded the motion and all voted in favor.

Tax Rate/Forms - Elaine Markham has the Community Preservation A-4 form and the DE-1 Debt Exclusion form.  If Michael does not have it by Wednesday he still submit everything to the State

Tax File - Sumaria has done the conversion of our legal file and everything went okay.
