MEETING – Monday, November 21, 2005 at 9:00 a.m.

PRESENT – Stockbridge Board of Assessors – John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                           Cecilia K. Killfoile
                                                                           William D. Campbell
                    Principal Assessor                       - Michael T. Blay
                   Assessors’ Clerk                           - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week’s Minutes – The Board reviewed last week’s minutes and had no questions.

Bills – There were no bills received for the week.

Payroll Vouchers – The Board signed payroll vouchers for all but John.

Deeds – Jorja picked up our deeds from the Registry of Deeds.

Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements – The Board signed excise abatements and Denise
                                                           will process.

New Growth for FY05 – Our New Growth got certified last Friday.  Dave Wood will
                                        forward it to Jim Podolik.

Documents for Tax Rate – Michael e-mailed the entire ReCap documentation.  The
                                          Board signed all of the documents for the tax rate and Michael will fax them to Jim Podolik today.
