MEETING - Monday, May 1, 2006

PRESENT - Stockbridge Board of Assessors - John A. Miller, Chairman

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week's Minutes - The Board reviewed last week's Minutes and had no questions.

Bills - There were no bills received for the week.

Payroll Vouchers - The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

Budget Workshop - There will be a budget workshop on Thursday, May 11 in the Selectmen's office with Jim Podolik from the DOR.

Chapter 61 Forms Due Today - The Chapter 61 forms are due in the office today.  Only three returns have been received thus far.

Inspection Questionnaires - Michael is done entering changes in the computer from the inspection questionnaires as part of the 10-year ReVal program.  We picked up close to $80,000 in value from the changes.  Denise will file the questionnaires with their new cards.

Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements - The Board reviewed and signed motor vehicle Abatements that Denise processed.
