MEETING – Tuesday, May 31, 2005

PRESENT – Stockbridge Board of Assessors – John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                            Cecilia K. Killfoile
                                                                            William D. Campbell
                     Principal Assessor                       - Michael T. Blay
                    Assessors Clerk                            - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week’s Minutes – The Board reviewed last week’s minutes and had no questions.

Bills – The Board signed an expense voucher in the amount of $300 for Michael’s use of
           his car for field work.

Payroll Vouchers – The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

Tetenbaum/Curtis Situation – Michael informed the Board that Mr. Curtis, son-in-law of
                                                Paulette Tetenbaum, called last Friday questioning the number of bedrooms assessed to Mrs. Tetenbaum.  Mr. Curtis stated that the third bedroom assessed during our 10-year ReVal is not used as or could be used as a bedroom as the ceilings are too low.  Michael will e-mail Mr. Curtis to set up an appointment for an inspection.

Changes on Computer – Michael stated that he is half way through the first group ReVal
                                      changes.
