MEETING – Monday, May 2, 2005

PRESENT – Stockbridge Board of Assessors – John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                            Cecilia K. Killfoile
                                                                            William D. Campbell
                    Principal Assessor                        - Michael T. Blay
                   Assessors Clerk                             - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week’s Minutes – The Board reviewed last week’s minutes and had no questions.

Bills – There were no bills received for the week.

Payroll Vouchers – The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

Inspection Questionnaire – Michael did a questionnaire for the people that did not have
                                           an interior inspection as part of our 10-year ReVal program.  We will order stamped envelopes and Denise will then prepare for a mailing of the questionnaires.

Save Values/Abatements on Computer – The save values for FY06 are complete and
                                                                 entered into the computer.

Map Changes – Michael started working on the map changes for FY06.

Building Permit & Under Construction Inspections – Michael will finish the building
                                                                                     permit and under construction inspections this week.
