MEETING – Monday, March 14, 2005

PRESENT – Stockbridge Board of Assessors – John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                            Cecilia K. Killfoile
                                                                            William D. Campbell
                    Principal Assessor                        - Michael T. Blay
                   Assessors’ Clerk                            - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week’s Minutes – The Board reviewed last week’s minutes and had no questions.

Bills – There were no bills received for the week.

Payroll Vouchers – The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

Exempt Status re. Berkshire Taconic Foundation – Michael called the state and spoke
                                                                                 With Kathleen Colleary regarding whether to grant an exemption to the Foundation.  Ms. Colleary stated that they have their 501 3C from the Atty. General’s office.  After some discussion is was decided that an exemption would be granted.

Swann 61 Plan – John signed the Swann 61 Plan.

Denial Forms – The Board signed denial forms for real estate and personal property
                         applications.

Abatement Applications – The Board will continue reviewing real and personal property
                                           abatement applications.
