MEETING – Monday, July 25, 2005

PRESENT – Stockbridge Board of Assessors – John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                      William D. Campbell
                    Principal Assessor                        - Michael T. Blay
                   Assessors’ Clerk                            - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:
Last Week’s Minutes – The Board discussed last week’s minutes and had no questions.
Bills – There were no bills received for the week.
Payroll Vouchers – The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

Maps – Parsons will dropt off our maps within the next two weeks.

Interior Inspection Questionnaires – Denise mailed out the questionnaires last week.

Confirmation for UMASS – Michael got his confirmation for attending the annual school
                                             at UMASS the second week in August.

Computer Changes – Michael is continuing to work on the FY06 changes for the interior
                                 inspections done for our 10-year ReVal.
