MEETING – Monday July 18, 2005

PRESENT – Stockbridge Board of Assessors – John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                            William D. Campbell
                     Principal Assessor                       - Michael T. Blay
                    Assessors’ Clerk                           - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week’s Minutes – The Board reviewed last week’s minutes and had no questions.

Bills – The Board signed a bill from Vision Appraisal Technology for the last phase of
           data collection in the amount of $6,903.00.

Payroll Vouchers – The Board signed payroll vouchers for all but John.

Deeds – Michael printed out the current deeds from the Registry’s web site.

Inspection Questionnaire – Denise is almost done stuffing the inspection questionnaires
                                           and will mail them out by the end of the week.

Money Carried Over – We carried over $2,300 from FY05 budget to FY06.

Remaining Bills – We still have to pay for the update of our maps and a Banker &
                              Tradesman bill for our yearly subscription.

Computer Changes – Michael has started the third set of changes on the computer.
