MEETING - Monday, February 6, 2006

PRESENT - Stockbridge Board of Assessors - John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                            William D. Campbell
                    Principal Assessor                        - Michael T. Blay
                   Assessors' Clerk                            - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board reviewed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week's Minutes - The Board reviewed last week's minutes and had no questions.

Bills - There were no bills received for the week.

Payroll Vouchers - The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

Lien Releases - The Board signed the lien releases for Philip Wallach's division of his property that is in Chapter 61.

Meeting with John Hart - John Hart met with the Board and Michael to discuss his co ncerns regarding the new assessments, the term "neighborhood" and

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week's Minutes - The Board reviewed last week's minutes and had no questions.

Bills - There were no bills received for the week.

Payroll Vouchers - The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

EQV Report - The Board signed the EQV report and Michael will send it to the Dept. of Local Services.

Annual Report Due Today - We will submit the annual report to Jorja today.

Deeds - Michael printed out the current deeds.

Cardographics Representative Coming Tomorrow - Tim from Cardographics will be here tomorrow to go through the card file to make references and he took our old deeds and all of our surveys.

Abatement Applications - The Board continued to review real estate and personal property applications.

Bills - There were no bills received for the week.

Payroll Vouchers - The Board signed payroll vouchers for all but John.

Visit from Cartigraphics - Tim From Cartigraphics called last Thursday and said that they are not contracted to do the map changes for the year.

Finish Reviewing Abatement Applications - The Board reviewed the remaining Abatement applications and signed the denial notices that were acted on last.
