MEETING – Monday, February 28, 2005

PRESENT – Stockbridge Board of Assessors – John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                            William D. Campbell
                    Principal Assessor                        - Michael T. Blay
                   Assessors’ Clerk                            - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week’s Minutes – The Board reviewed last week’s minutes and had no questions.

Bills – There were no bills received for the week.

Payroll Vouchers – The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

New Computer – Ernie Lowell will be installing a new computer for Michael on
                           Wednesday.

Form of Lists and 3ABC Forms – The Form of Lists and 3ABC forms are due on
                                                       Tuesday.

Remaining Exemptions – The Board signed the remaining statutory exemptions.

Denial Notices – The Board signed denial notices for real estate and personal property
                           applications.

Abatement Applications – The Board will continue to review real estate and personal
                                           property abatement applications.
