MEETING – Tuesday, February 22, 2005

PRESENT – Stockbridge Board of Assessors – John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                            William D. Campbell
                    Principal Assessor                        - Michael T. Blay
                   Assessor’ Clerk                             - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board reviewed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week’s Minutes – The Board reviewed last week’s minutes and had no questions.

Bills – There were no bills received for the week.

Payroll Vouchers – The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

Deed Recordings – All of the deeds have been recorded on the computer.

Map Changes After Abatements – Michael will not start making map changes until after
                                                      Abatements are done and he has saved the values.

Abatement Applications – The Board will continue to review abatement applications.

Remaining Exemptions – The Board will review the remaining exemption applications.

Bedroom Changes – Michael will start making changes for bedroom count and we will
                                 Then give the completed list to the Tax Collector’s office for guidance for the sewer hook-up fees.
