MEETING – Monday, February 14, 2005

PRESENT – Stockbridge Board of Assessors – John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                            William D. Campbell
                    Principal Assessor                        - Michael T. Blay
                   Assessors’ Clerk                            - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week’s Minutes – The Board reviewed last week’s minutes and had no questions.

Bills – There were no bills received for the week.

Payroll Vouchers – The Board signed payroll vouchers for all but John.

Deeds – All deeds for 2004 have been received in the office.

Forms of List – Denise mailed out Forms of List to second homeowners and business
                         owners.

3ABC Forms – Denise mailed out the 3ABC forms to exempt organizations.

Abatement Applications – The Board will start reviewing real estate and personal
                                          property abatement applications.

Recording of Deeds – We have received the remaining deeds for 2004 and Michael will
                                    record them in the computer.

Map Changes – There are only about six map changes to do which Michael will start
                          doing this week.
