MEETING – Monday, December 5, 2005

PRESENT – Stockbridge Board of Assessors – John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                            William D. Campbell
                     Principal Assessor                       - Michael T. Blay
                    Assessors’ Clerk                           - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week’s Minutes – The Board reviewed last week’s minutes and had no questions.

Bills – There were no bills received for the week.

Payroll Vouchers – The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

Warrants – The Board signed Motor Vehicle Commitments 13-2004,
                  60-2005 and 6-2005.  Also signed were the Warrants for Real Estate and Personal Property and CPA tax.

Printing of Assessors Cards – Michael has started printing the new cards for FY06.

With no further business, the Board adjourned at 9:45 a.m.
