MEETING – Monday, December 12, 2005 at 9:00 a.m.

PRESENT – Stockbridge of Assessors – John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                 William D. Campbell
                    Principal Assessor             - Michael T. Blay
                   Assessors’ Clerk                 - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week’s Minutes – The Board reviewed last week’s minutes and had no questions.

Bills – There were no bills received for the week.

Payroll Vouchers – The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

Tax Bills – The tax bills were mailed out last Friday.  Denise mailed out the Exemption
                  Applications last Wednesday.

Record Cards – Michael is continuing to print the record cards for FY06.

Commitment Book for FY06 – Michael will order the new commitment today.

New Stamp – We will order a new received stamp from Schwabb.

Additional Tax for Chapter 61 – We will bill an addition tax for late filers of Chapter 61.
