MEETING - Monday, August 21, 2006

PRESENT - Stockbridge Board of Assessors - John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                           Cecilia K. Killfoile
                                                                           William D. Campbell
                    Principal Assessor                       - Michael T. Blay
                   Assessors' Clerk                           - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Lat Week's Minutes - The Board reviewed last week's Minutes and had no questions.

Bills - The Board signed a bill From Office Products in the amount of $49.57 for Office supplies ordered.

Last Week's Minutes - The Board reviewed last week's Minutes and had no questions.

Payroll Vouchers - The Board signed payroll vouchers for all but John.

Member to Selectmen re..Kripalu - Michael typed a member to the Selectmen indicating the Board's approving the tax exempt status for Kripalu for FY07.

CPA Form - The Board signed the CPA form that has to be sent to the State for reimbursement of matching funds.

Telephone Conservation with Alan Gold of the ATB - Michael called Alan Gold of the ATB last week to discuss setting up a three-way telephone call with Mr. Gold, Mr. Rutberg and Michael for the dismissal of Mr. Rutberg's ATB case.  Mr. Gold suggested Michael type a letter stated that Mr. Rutberg filed his appeal late and then a telephone conference will be scheduled for Sept. 18, 2006.

New Deeds Recorded - We printed out new deeds and they are recorded on the cards.

Review of Sales for Interim-Year Adjustment - Michael has been reviewing sales for the Interim-year adjustment.
