MEETING – Monday, August 29, 2005

PRESENT – Stockbridge Board of Assessors – John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                            Cecilia K. Killfoile
                                                                            William D. Campbell
                     Principal Assessor                       - Michael T. Blay
                    Assessors’ Clerk                           - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week’s Minutes – The Board reviewed last week’s minutes and had no questions.

Bills – There were no bills received for the week.

Payroll Vouchers – The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

Office Supplies – We will be ordering office supplies needed for the office.

ATB Cases – We only have two ATB cases scheduled for our FY05 values.  The
                      hearing is scheduled for Thursday, October 20, 2005 in Pittsfield.

Computer Changes – Michael is continuing to make changes on the computer for the
                                 interior inspections done as part of the 10-year Program.
