MEETING – Monday, August 22, 2005

PRESENT – Stockbridge Board of Assessors – John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                            Cecilia K. Killfoile
                                                                            William D. Campbell
                     Principal Assessor                       - Michael T. Blay
                    Assessors’ Clerk                           - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board review the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week’s Minutes – The Board reviewed the Minutes of August 1, 2005 and had no
                                      questions.  There were not meetings on August 8 and August 15.

Bills – The Board signed two bills from Vision Appraisal Technology in the amount of
           $5,080 and $5,216 for the final phase of inspections as part of our 10-year program.

Payroll Vouchers – The Board signed payroll vouchers for all but John.

Stockbridge Plain School Tour – We will be going on a tour of the Plain School on
                                                     Tuesday.

Changes on Computer – Michael is still working on changes for the interior
                                       inspections as part of the 10-year ReVal Program.

Interim Year Adjustment – Michael will be working the interim year adjustment.
