MEEITNG - Tuesday, April 11, 2006

PRESENT - Stockbridge Board of Assessors -John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                           Cecilia K. Killfoile
                                                                           William D. Campbell

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week's Minutes - The Board reviewed last week's minutes and had no questions.

Bills - There were no bills received for the week.

Payroll Vouchers - The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

BCAA Meeting - We will not be going to the BCAA meeting this year because it is being held on the same day as Joe's retirement luncheon.

Record Cards Filed - All of the previous record cards for ReVal changes have been filed.

Questioneirre Changes - Michael has been making changes on the computer from the questionneires that were returned.  The questionnaires were sent out to those who did not have an interior inspection for the 10-year Re-Val.

Senior Work-Off Program - The Selectmen will be putting an article on the Town Meeting Warrant for a senior work-off program.  This program is for the purpose of elderly working for the Town to reduce their taxes.  The monies will come out the Overlay Account.

Retention Schedule - Michael will write to the State for permission to dispose of  the old records.

                   Assessors' Clerk                           - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week's Minutes - The Board reviewed last week's Minutes and had no questions.

Bills - There were no bills received last week.

Payroll Vouchers - The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

10-Year ReVal Questionnaires - Michael only has a few changes left to make on the computer from the questionnaires for the 10-year ReVal.

Retention Schedule - We have to keep all of our old maps as part of the State's retention schedule.

Meeting adjourned at 9:45 a.m.
