MEETING – Monday, April 11, 2005

PRESENT – Stockbridge Board of Assessors – John A. Miller, Chairman
                                                                            Cecilia K. Killfoile
                                                                            William D. Campbell
                    Principal Assessor                        - Michael T. Blay
                   Assessors Clerk                             - Denise A. Schneyer

The Board discussed the following items at their weekly meeting:

Last Week’s Minutes – The Board reviewed last week’s minutes and had no questions.

Bills – The Board signed a bill from Viking Office Products in the amount of $57.84 for
           office supplies ordered.

Payroll Vouchers – The Board signed payroll vouchers for Michael and Denise.

Bedroom Count Report – Michael finished the bedroom count report and Denise gave a
                                        copy of it to Jenifer for referral purposes for sewer hook-up fees.

Inspected Record Cards – Denise and Michael are organizing the record cards for
                                         the properties that were inspected by Vision for the 10-year ReVal.

Real Estate/Personal Property Denials – The Board signed the real estate/personal 
                                                                 property denial forms that were voted on last week.

Real Estate/Personal Property Abatements – The Board continued reviewing real estate/
                                                                       personal property abatement applications.
