FACILITY MANAGER
TOWN OF STOCKBRIDGE


The Town of Stockbridge is seeking applications from qualified individuals for the newly created position of Facility Manager.  The position is under the direction of the Town Administrator, involves the management of all maintenance responsibilities for the Town Offices and Town Hall buildings.  The position monitors and maintains all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting and HVAC systems including geothermal and is responsible for tenant relations and scheduling of the buildings for Town and public use.  Performs janitorial duties and is responsible for interaction with outside contractors.  Supervises other maintenance personnel.  Qualified candidates shall have a minimum of three years related experience and a High School Diploma.  Annual Salary range is $20,000 to $24,000, depending on qualifications.
